WiscIT (DoIT's Help Online) has Returned to Service

At approximately 11:00 a.m., WiscIT went down. Vendor technologists restored the service around 12:40 p.m. CDT.
DoIT’s Change, Incident and Configuration Management service is currently down. This outage began at approximately 11 am.
This impacts both the Outage Page(s) — http://outages.doit.wisc.edu/ and http://outages.wisconsin.edu/ — as well as DoIT’s ability to take incidents and input them into our system.
We have contacted our vendor, and they report connectivity problems with the data centers where this cloud service is hosted. We do not have an update at this point as to when connectivity will be restored.
