Logging of personal information in Clarify Cases

Do not log personal information about contacts in Clarify case notes. Personal information includes SSN, DOB, UW-ID, passwords, or any other identifying data.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
Do not log personal information about contacts in Clarify case notes.
Personal information includes SSN, DOB, UW-ID, passwords, or any other
identifying data.
If confirmation of personal information is required, say for a password
change, you can indicate that you confirmed the data without logging the
data itself.
The only exception is when information is required for case resolution and
then it should only be logged in the 'For Internal Use Only' Notes field.
This field can be reached by clicking on the LOG NOTES icon on the tool bar.
Team Leads - I'd like all agents to sign off on this policy and appropriate
training and procedural documentation updated as soon as possible.
