The DoIT Help Desk will be discontinuing phone support for products that receive fewer than 120 support requests per year, and will instead provide Self-Help documenation for those products.
The following the products are affected:
- Adobe Acrobat (reader and full version)
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe PageMaker
- Adobe Photoshop
- WordPerfect Office
- DreamWeaver
- Linux
- Better Telnet
- Nifty Telnet
- Fetch
- SecureCRT
- SecureFX
- WSFTP
The DoIT Help Desk will provide "Self-Help" documents for these products in our knowledgebase. The documents will include information on how to receive external help and support for each product. The Help Desk will not provide any phone support for these products.
