RESOLVED: An issue that impacted UWS users (excluding UWM) attempting to use specific functions of the Content tool (e.g. copying the component, adding content, etc.) occurred from approximately 11:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. on Friday, July 8, 2016. This was due to an unexpected effect of a process run by Learn@UW staff to remediate an outstanding application issue. We will review the mitigation steps and consult with the vendor before taking additional action.
