Help Desk TH utility outages 3/11 and 3/18

Due to the planned WiscWorld maintenance, the Help Desk TH utility will not be available on Sundays 3/11 and 3/18 from 5 AM to 12 PM.
There will be an outage on the WiscWorld System on Sunday 3/11 and Sunday 3/18 from 5 AM until 12 PM both days. The outages will be used to upgrade the operation system on Mail 7 on 3/11 and upgrade Oracle on Mail 7 on 3/18. This outage will mean:
- The Help Desk Utilities will not be available.
- No Accounts can be modified or initially activated.
- No passwords can be changed.
- Users will still be able to dial-in and send mail. POP will not be available 8 to 9 AM on Sunday, 3/11.
