The Case Re-open function will be turned off this morning 03/06. We need to do this in order to preserve the data integrity of cases that may be sent to CBS for billing purposes.
The Case Re-open function will be turned off this morning 03/06. We need to do this in order to preserve the data integrity of cases that may be sent to CBS for billing purposes. We are working on an Auto-Close function that will allow cases to stay open for a brief time for customer follow up. In the meantime if you are following up on a previous case, just open a new case and reference the original case number in your notes.
