Database Driver Issues Following UWPDR/IAA and PHEXPP Upgrades

Customers are reporting issues with connecting to UWPDR/IAA and PHEXPP after upgrades because of database driver incompatibility.
Customers experiencing issues connecting to UWPDR/IAA and PHEXPP1 after the update 2/28 should make sure that their Oracle Instant Client is at least 12c, and OJDBC 12cR1 (ojdbc6 or higher).
Example errors include java.sql.SQLException: ORA-28040: No matching authentication protocol.
