If you are still missing applications from the app launcher in Outlook on the web, please contact the DoIT Help Desk.
When logging into Outlook on the web, you may see the following issues:
- Within the app launcher, you only see Mail, Calendar, People, and Tasks.
- You receive some type of connection error or the application does not open when using an Office 365 desktop application such as Outlook, OneNote, Teams, etc.
What should I do if I cannot connect via an Office 365 application?
If you are experiencing an issue connecting to an Office 365 application, either via a browser or desktop application, please wait until tomorrow and try again.
