RESOLVED: The vendor resolved the issue that caused the problematic behavior. Playback is performing as expected.Users may experience frequent and excessive buffering when viewing media hosted via Kaltura. This problematic behavior started at ~8:05 a.m. on Tuesday, August 22, 2017. The vendor is aware of the issue and is working to resolve the issue. We will share more information with you as it becomes available.
