Office 365 - Some accounts are showing incorrect times for published calendar

Some accounts which have a published calendar will show the events 5 hours later than the time zone they are set for when viewed via the published calendar link. The issue persists in all clients when viewing the published calendar.
Microsoft is aware and confirmed this issue and is currently working on a solution - there is no workaround.
11/15/17 Status: Microsoft is still working on a solution. Their next update will be in a week.
