Blackboard Collaborate Ultra Service Issue - RESOLVED

UPDATE (1:31 p.m. 1/29/18):The vendor applied a hotfix, during the morning of 1/29/18, which is expected to resolve this intermittent issue.

Some users may experience an error (M:C7) when attempting to access a Blackboard Collaborate Ultra session. The vendor acknowledges that this is a known issue and work is underway to create and deploy a hotfix on Monday, January 29. Those affected are instructed to have all users exit the session, wait 5 minutes (this is important as the session needs completely expire on the service end), and relaunch the session. If this is not practical, affected users may opt to use Collaborate Classic as it is not known to be affected by this issue, until resolved.
