RESOLVED: Blackboard Collaborate Ultra: Service Issue (3/5/18)

Update: As of approximately 1:20 PM, Blackboard has given the all clear status for the BbC Ultra service. We will continue to monitor for any updates, but users should no longer be receiving errors when logging into Ultra sessions.
Starting at approximately 11:08 AM today, users may receive an error when logging into Ultra sessions, including "Failure Code: A01". Users already connected to Ultra sessions should not be affected, and Collaborate Original sessions also appear to be unaffected.
Blackboard is actively working to investigate and resolve this issue. Please see their Service Status page for more information.
