There will be a short outage of the th help desk utilities and customer authenication tomorrow morning from 6 AM to 6:30 AM.
There will be a short outage of the th help desk utilities and customer authenication tomorrow morning from 6 AM to 6:30 AM ( should actually only be about 10 minutes ). Sys Ops will be rebooting Mail 7 to recover swap space. This will be very short, but since users will not be able to dial in or pop mail there will likely be a few calls.
