The new release of EVM, the message delivery service being piloted by DoIT Voice Services, is now available to DoIT and Tech Partners for testing.

Please note, all accounts have been reset to a new default pin. You can find the new default EVM pin and supporting documentation here:

The new release includes the following new features: Complex pin - your new EVM pin must be at least 8 characters and include at least one upper case and lower case alpha, a number, and a special character. Account lockout - after 3 failed logon attempts your EVM account will lock for several hours before automatically unlocking. Browser support - access to the EVM user web page is no longer restricted to Internet Explorer. Return address - users can configure the return e-mail address for the evmDelivery feature, allowing the use of the reply feature in e-mail. E-mail format changes - the Delete and Setting links in the evmDelivery e-mail have been reformatted for ease of use with a variety of e-mail clients. This is the final phase of the pilot for this new service. Please inform us of any issues you encounter. Support questions should be directed to the DoIT Help Desk at 4-HELP (4357) or help@doit.wisc.edu. Feedback can be sent to ns-evm-help@doit.wisc.edu
