Blackboard Collaborate: Scheduled Maintenance (2am-6am 6/15/18)

The vendor, Blackboard, will perform scheduled infrastructure maintenance from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Friday, June 15, 2018. Collaborate Ultra and Collaborate Original may experience intermittent availability during the maintenance window. In addition, Ultra users may be unable to access recording and playback features and Original users may be unable to access MP4 playback.
The vendor will make all efforts to keep any service disruption within the window to a minimum, but will use the entire window, if necessary.
