Canvas Imports/Exports Slow or Failing (RESOLVED)

Starting at approximately 9:43 AM (CST) this morning, import and export processes in Canvas may have been slow or failing for some users. Processes include course imports/exports or running reports. As of 12:04 PM, these processes have returned to normal.

Instructure began investigating the issue this morning, and their technologists identified and deployed a fix at 11:47 AM.
