Blackboard Collaborate Ultra: November Update (11/1/18)

Blackboard plans to deploy a new release from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 1, 2018. The service may be intermittent disrupted during this time frame. The new features to be available in Collaborate Ultra include:
* Ability to see if someone is typing in the chat window
* Ability to upload an SRT file to replace captions in an existing recording
* Ability to upload an SRT file to replace captions in an existing recording
