WiscVPN - Disconnecting from the Palo Alto GlobalProtect Client (Chromebook)
This document explains how to disconnect and sign out from the Palo Alto GlobalProtect app from a Chromebook.
Disconnecting from the Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN in the Chromebook App
To disconnect from the GlobalProtect VPN, simply open the GlobalProtect app and click on the green shield icon above CONNECTED:
When GlobalProtect is disconnected, the entire app screen will appear gray with the words TAP TO CONNECT in the center of the screen:
Signing Out of the GlobalProtect App on a Chromebook
Because of variations in devices and versions of the Chromebook operating system, it is possible these screenshots will not reflect what you see on your own device. The steps to follow will still be similar.

Navigate to the GlobalProtect menu from the main screen and select Sign Out:

On the following screen, click Continue to sign out.
