Safari (Windows) - Using the Pop-Up Blocker

This document explains how to enable and disable Safari's pop-up blocker. For general information on pop-up blockers, see Pop-Up Blocker - FAQ.

  1. Open Safari, and click on Tools (the gear icon, as pictured below).
  2. Select Block Pop-Up Windows to either enable or disable the blocker. To enable it, make sure there is a checkmark present to the left of Block Pop-Up Windows; to disable it, make sure the checkmark no longer appears.  

Click Tools, then Block Pop-Up Windows.
