Windows 8 and 10 - Changing the Input Language
This document describes how to change the keyboard input language in Windows 8.
Adding an Input Language

Select the Start button
- Then select Settings > Time & Language > Language.

Choose a language from the Add a language list under Preferred languages, and then select Options.

Select Download from the Download language pack option.
- After the language pack is installed, choose the language from the Windows display language menu.

Switching Between Languages
Windows 10:
In the lower right corner of the screen, press the icon that has the character sequence representing the current language. This will allow you to switch languages.
