e-Reimbursement - Use "Save For Later" to prevent loss of data
When entering expenses in an expense report or travel authorization, you should take care to save any changes you make frequently. If you allow e-Reimbursement to sit idle for too long or if your web browser crashes, the system will time out and you may lose any data that was unsaved.
Saving changes
To save changes and prevent data loss, be sure to click the button marked Save For Later frequently. Note that there needs to be at least one expense type selected before you can save the expense report, otherwise, you will receive the error shown below:
Recovering lost data
Unfortunately, if your session times out or your web browser crashes while entering data there is nothing that can be done to recover the data. Only information that was saved using "Save For Later" will be saved.
