Cisco VoIP - Download Voicemail File

This document details how to download a voicemail message from the Voicemail portal

Download the Voicemail File

  1. Login to the voicemail website.
  2. Click on a voicemail message.
  3. Right-click the attached .wav file.

  4. Select "open in a new tab".
  5. Click on the 3 dots and choose the option to download the file.
