How to Remove or Return Keys to the Keywatcher

This KB will walk you through the steps to remove or return keys to the Keywatcher. For questions on the Keywatcher please contact Joe Briggs.

How to Remove Keys:

  1. Scan your Wiscard with the card reader. You do NOT need to manually enter a username and password.

  2. Select “remove key”.

  3. The cabinet will beep. Open it and pull out the black fob and key from the lit slot.

  4. Close the cabinet.

How to Return Keys:

  1. Scan your Wiscard with the card reader.

  2. Select “return key”.

  3. The cabinet will beep. Slide fob, flat side up, into the correct slot.

  4. Close the cabinet.
