Office 365 - How do I see how much storage I have left and/or clean up my Mailbox?

The information below shows how to keep your email storage low enough so that you can continue to use your email. It will include information about how to see the level of how much data you have and how to clean up your mailbox.

Important: deleted messages that are no longer available in your account (including the recover deleted items process) cannot be restored.

Outlook on the Web

  1. Go to Outlook on the web.

  2. Click Settings Outlook on the web settings screen gear icon located at top right of your browser and select Mail from the bottom of the menu.
  3. Click on "Clean up Mailbox".
