Course Search & Enroll - Tips for Resolving Common Display Issues
This document outlines some quick tips for fixing commonly occurring technical issues within the Course Search & Enroll App.
While using the Course Search & Enroll application, you may experience certain technical issues with the display. Here are a few common ones and solutions:
- Refresh
Try refreshing your browser window (Control+R or Command+R, depending on your keyboard). You may have “timed-out.” You won’t lose your cart or enroll twice by refreshing. - Cart Unexpectedly Empty
Double-check that you are viewing the cart for the right term. If so, try refreshing your browser window.
- Credits in Cart Show "NaN"
Try refreshing your browser window (Control+R or Command+R, depending on your keyboard). You won’t lose your cart or enroll twice by refreshing.
- Courses in My Cart Won't Enroll
Try deselecting, then reselecting, the checkbox for the courses in your cart.
- Error Message "The XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below:" displays
This signals a browser issue. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies and/or opening Course Search & Enroll in a new private browsing window.
- Enrolled Courses List is Empty
Try clearing browser cache and cookies.
