25Live Pro: Accessing 25Live Pro

If you had a R25 WebViewer account in the past follow these steps to access 25Live Pro in MyUW


OVERVIEW

25Live Pro is used by UW-Madison department/program administrative staff to request general-assignment classrooms for special events: department meetings, midterm exams, reviews, speaker events, extra meetings, video screenings, etc. This document outlines how to access 25Live Pro via the Lumen app in MyUW.




Step 1:

Login to MyUW: https://my.wisc.edu 

Step 2:

Click on the "Add more to home" link

Step 3:

Type Lumen into the search box

Step 4:

Click the "Add to Home" button in blue

Step 5:

Once you are in the Lumen app, click the "Classroom Scheduling and Reservations" widget


You will be prompted to log-in to 25Live Pro again using your R25 Webviewer username and password (r25room). Please take a moment to change your password. Once you login, view the Preferences link on the top right of the page. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact Chuck Dvorak at chuck.dvorak@wisc.edu or 608-265-3326.

Please note: all class section room assignment requests will still be done via SIS. That process has not changed.




If you did NOT have a 25Live or R25 Webviewer account in the past:

Administrative staff who will be managing special-event space requests for their department/program can request authorization to use the 25Live Pro at go.wisc.edu/roomform. Anyone can also use the form to request View Only access to see classroom schedules.

If you are an instructor and would like to request a general-assignment classroom for a special event, please contact your department's curricular representative.

If you are a student and would like to request a general-assignment classroom for a special event, contact the Campus Events Services Office.
