Description:
This is a repeat of the April 15 presentation of the same title.
UW-Madison researchers have collaborated and stored research data within Google Drive for years. What are their options now that storage limits will soon be enforced?
In this virtual presentation, you will learn about using Globus to transfer data from UW-Madison Google Drive to ResearchDrive, the campus hosted research data storage service available at no cost to eligible researchers. You will hear about options for researchers to continue collaboration in GoogleDrive while using automated and manual workflows to move research data to other platforms. Google Workspace team members will also be present to answer questions.
