What is the difference between evaluations and assessments at SMPH?

An evaluation is any form that a student completes. This can be an evaluation of a course, service, preceptor, etc.

An assessment is any form where the student is the target of the form. 

How do I schedule preceptors?

Use the "Adding Preceptors to Child Courses/Specialty Rotations" drop down in this KB document for instructions on how to add preceptors.

How do I initiate a Sendout?

Use the "Sendouts" drop down in this KB document for instructions on how to initiate a Sendout.

How do I change the evaluator after a Sendout? 

Use the "Fwd Link" section in this KB document for instructions on how to change an evaluator for a form that has already been sent. 

How do I send a form that was not included in the Sendout?

To send a form after the Sendout has been initiated, us this KB document for help completing the Bulk/Single Send function. 

Which form do I use?

How can I see if a person has received an assessment/evaluation?

There are a few ways to see if a person has received an assessment/evaluation.
