Support Responsibilities - Remote HealthLink Access
Description of the various IT support responsibilities for the remote HealthLink (Epic) access process.
SMPH IT is responsible for
- Access to the SMPH VPN portal (smph.vpn.wisc.edu).
- The enrollment of student computers in the SMPH Workspace ONE (Intelligent Hub) device management system.

UW Health IT is responsible for
- HealthLink (Epic) access, and login credentials (username & passwords)
- Microsoft Authenticator method of Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

- GlobalProtect WiscVPN software issues.
