A projector is available on table in the conference room. The projector has been adjusted for focus and image alignment at it’s current location, please don’t move or adjust the projector. The projector has HDMI.
Please make sure the projector is turned off when you are done.
HDMI Cable Instructions
An HDMI cable is provided for use with the projector.
Connect the HDMI cable to your laptop or device.
Use the power button on the projector (or the remote) to turn the projector on.
The projector should automatically select the correct input. If not, you can press the Input button on the projector (or remote). The HDMI connections are Input-B and Input-C.
Once connected you can adjust display resolution, screen mirroring or extended display, etc. as desired from the relevant System Preferences/Settings.
Projector Screen
The switch to raise and lower the projector screen is on the north wall near the screen. Please raise the projector screen when you are done.
Lighting Controls
There are two light switches near the entrance to the room. The left switch provides approximately 50% lighting and turns on the recessed lights above the cabinets. The right switch provides approximately 50% lighting.
Please make sure all lights are off when you leave the room.
