Cisco Video Conferencing - Others Can't Hear You [Zoom]
This document outlines what to do if others cannot hear you in a Zoom meeting when connected from a Cisco Video Conferencing System touch panel.
When joining a Zoom meeting from a Cisco Video Conferencing System (touch panel), the room may be muted on entry or muted by a host. Determine if your Zoom microphone is muted by looking for the mute symbol in the top right corner of the projector screen.
Unmute Zoom Microphone
- In the Zoom meeting screen, tap More
- Tap Unmute Zoom microphone to unmute yourself in the meeting; make sure the icon disappears from the projector screen
Toggle Room Microphones
If the above instructions don't resolve the issue, try toggling the room microphones to mute/unmute.
