Chemdraw at UW-Madison

This document provides information about Chemdraw licensing at UW-Madison

ChemDraw by Revvity is a comprehensive software suite designed to facilitate communication and efficiency in chemistry research. Its tools allow for the easy and efficient creation of publication-quality chemical structures and diagrams. ChemDraw aids in turning ideas and drawings into professional presentations, reports, and publications.

Eligibility

Facstaff are eligible for ChemDraw access if they are in a University-paid position

Students are eligible for ChemDraw access if they are currently enrolled as a student in a degree-seeking program at the University.

Facstaff Access

Access to ChemDraw requires a Signals account through Revvity.

  • To create a new account, go to Signals by Revvity Account Creation
  • Complete the new user registration screens using your wisc.edu email (example: bucky.badger@wisc.edu) as the Organization email address and Submit.
  • You will be prompted to authenticate with your Signals username and password to activate and connect to Signals.  If you do not have one, you will need to create an account at UW Madison Signals Portal

Student Access

Access to ChemDraw requires a Signals account through Revvity.

  • To create a new account, go to Signals by Revvity Account Creation
