Viewing Classes/Sections

Instructors cannot see classes or sections for which they are not the instructor. Class Roster will only list classes or sections for which they are the Instructor of Record in SIS.

Viewing Related Sections

Instructors of Record for Lectures can view lab or discussion sections by either:

  • Viewing each section's class roster individually, or
  • Sorting the Lecture's class roster by related sections (i.e. lab, discussion).

Example 1 below shows your schedule if you are an instructor in several discussions. You can only view the sections for which you are the Instructor of Record (DIS 307, 309, 311).

Example 2 below shows your schedule if you are an Instructor of Record in a lecture with related discussions/sections. You can view the lecture as well as all related sections.

Example 2: Instructor in lecture and related sections
