Centrex and Off-campus Landline Service
Centrex is an older telephone on campus. The phones are connected using a telephone jack rather than a data network. DoIT will not install Centrex service if VoIP service is available for the building. Centrex service is being retired by AT&T. There are also non-Cisco phones that are located off-campus. These off-campus numbers start with something other than 608-26X or 608-890. Centrex and off-campus telephone services can be ordered by using this form.
