• Now Available: Zoom AI Companion Can Join Third-Party Meetings   2025-11-20 16:21:51
  Zoom introduced a new setting that allows its AI Companion to join meetings on third-party platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. You can enable or disable the third-party meeting capability manually or allow it to join automatically. This feature offers a great alternative to unapproved third-party AI note takers such as Fireflies, Otter.ai, Read.ai, and more.

  Starting November 14th, 2025, student users in the UW-Madison instance of Canvas will no longer be able to manually generate Access Tokens via the Canvas interface.
