LiveChat is available 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week. If you would like help outside of these hours, please email us at help@doit.wisc.edu, and an agent will respond as soon as possible during the hours of 7am to 11pm.

No account information (This includes: NetID information and Campus ID) may be collected or given out via LiveChat.
