Summer '19 and Fall '20 Term Canvas Enrollments Delayed (RESOLVED)

The integration between the UW-Madison SIS and Canvas was experiencing issues starting on Thursday, May 30th. This affected enrollments ("adds" and "drops") in Canvas courses for the Summer 2019 and Fall 2020 terms. Additional issues arose within Instructure's own infrastructure over the weekend, causing additional delays to the process.
As of June 3rd, the issues between the integration and the infrastructure have been resolved, and enrollments for both the Summer 2019 and Fall 2020 terms should now be processing as normal. If you believe your enrollment hasn't updated properly, and the standard amount of time for the process has already passed, please contact the DoIT Helpdesk.
