Engage Known Issue - Launching the Engage eReader Brings up Unizin Login [Resolved]

When launching the Engage eReader from within Canvas, users are met with the Unizin login screen.
Unizin has resolved the issue. Please clear cache and cookies and restart your browser if you are still experiencing the issue. If that does not resolve the problem, please submit a ticket with the DoIT Help Desk.
This issue typically occurs on Chrome, specifically the newest version of the browser.
- Use an incognito tab or window
- Use a different browser (e.g., Firefox)
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies
- Ensure any anti-virus software is disabled (e.g., BitDefender)
- Ensure your browser allows pop-up's
