Canvas - Page Load Errors, Slowness [RESOLVED]

Starting at approximately 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM (CT), users reported and Instructure confirmed that several institutions experienced slowdowns and page loading errors when trying to access Canvas sites. This includes UW-Madison's instance of Canvas.
