Blackboard Collaborate Ultra Recordings taking longer to appear than expected

After creating a recording using Blackboard Collaborate Ultra, users are experiencing longer than normal wait times for the recording to appear in Canvas.
Because of higher than normal usage, Blackboard Collaborate Ultra recordings are taking up to 24 hours to appear in Canvas. As increased usage continues, instructors can expect longer than normal wait times for the recordings to appear. Blackboard is currently working on increasing their capacity. Any updates will be provided as soon as possible.
