Pressbooks - Error when creating new H5P content [RESOLVED]

Users attempting to create new H5P content in Pressbooks may experience an error stating "Error, unable to load libraries."
Users attempting to create new H5P content in Pressbooks may experience an error stating "Error, unable to load libraries." This appears to be an issue related to some other performance issues with the UW-Madison instance of Pressbooks. H5P activities which already exist appear to be unaffected, and this error only happens when users attempt to create new H5P content.
The Learn@UW-Madison team has notified Pressbooks of this issue and will work with them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
