Honorlock - Issue with Canvas Quizzes and Updated Chrome Extension [Resolved]

Students taking Honorlock enabled Canvas quizzes were prompted to re-take the quiz after submission, and question answers were not saved in Canvas. This issue has been resolved though a new Chrome extension that students must download before taking their next Honorlock enabled assessment.
Tuesday, September 4th, Honorlock was made aware that students, after completing an Honorlock enabled Canvas quiz, were being prompted to immediately re-take the assessment that they just completed. In addition, not all the answers that students selected during their assessment were saved in Canvas.
As of Wednesday, September 5th, this issue has been resolved through an updated chrome extension. The next time a student takes an Honorlock enabled assessment, they will be prompted to update their Chrome extension to the newest version 5.9.1 during the authentication process.
Instructors should communicate to their students that the authentication process may take a little longer than normal to accommodate the download of the new Chrome extension for Honorlock enabled assessments.
