HelioCampus AC - Unexpected Issues with Student Reminder Email

Students have reported issues accessing course evaluation suveys from the reminder email sent out from HelioCampus AC
Starting December 12, students have been reporting issues accessing the link within the course evaluation reminder emails.
There is a workaround for this issue. Instead of clicking the link in the email, students can navigate directly to HelioCampus AC, log in, and complete evaluations from the link in their dashboard under "My Surveys."
Learn@UW-Madison is monitoring the situation and working with HelioCampus AC to resolve it as quick as possible.
