NameCoach Roster is not displaying the course roster
Outage Description
NameCoach Roster link inside of Canvas courses is not displaying the course roster.
Impact to Users
Due to this issue, you will not be able to listen to students\\\\\\\' or instructors\\\\\\\' recorded names inside of Canvas.
Workarounds
There are no known workarounds at this time.
Estimated time to resolution or next update
We have worked with our vendor and as of 10:00 AM Jan 19th, the NameCoach Roster link should be working.
