Canvas - Access Suspended While in Maintenance (5/7)

All Canvas instances are in maintenance mode and access is temporarily suspended.

Outage Description

Starting at approximately 3:00 PM, users would have seen errors or been unable to log into Canvas. Instructure, the vendor for Canvas, has placed all Canvas instances into maintenance starting at approximately 3:30 PM. More information may become available at the vendor's status page here.

Impact to Users

All Canvas instances have been placed into maintenance, and users will see a "Down for maintenance" message and not be able to log into Canvas.

Workarounds

There are no known workarounds at this time.
