Email notifications sent to some students about Engage digital course materials have incorrect information.

Outage Description

Email notifications sent to some students about Engage digital course materials on 8/14/26 incorrectly included digital course materials from previous terms.

Impact to Users

This is a notification issue only.  Students are not charged anything based on these informational notifications.

Workarounds

There are no known workarounds at this time.

Estimated time to resolution or next update

Technologists are working to identify the affected students to send a clarification about the mistaken inclusion of digital course materials from previous terms.  Next update is expected Monday 8/17.
