Canvas - Errors in Pages, Assignments, and Files Tools (RESOLVED)

Canvas is giving errors or not saving changes in multiple locations.

Resolved

Instructure (Canvas vendor) applied a fix at approximately 10:45 AM. Users should be able to add, create, and edit Canvas Pages, Files, and Assignments without errors.

If Assignments were created during the service disruption, and did not initially appear, they may be appearing now that the errors are resolved. Users who were working in these tools and experiencing errors should check their course content to make sure it is correct.

Canvas is giving errors or not saving changes in multiple locations, such as Pages, Files, and Assignments.

Impact to Users

Users may be unable to save changes or create new content in Canvas.

Workarounds

There are no known workarounds at this time.
