The Learn@UW Service experienced issues with an enterprise storage volume on the production file server cluster beginning around 1:18 pm this afternoon. Steps taken to mitigate the issue necessitated disruptions for all Learn@UW campuses between 2:15pm-2:30pm, and service was entirely offline for Madison campuses at 2:45 pm. Outage pages were removed at 4:08pm. Technical staff will continue to investigate the root causes for this service outage.
