Service issues affecting Learn@UW/D2L - RESOLVED (Oct 20, 2014)

RESOLVED: Some users from multiple campuses reported slow response times within Learn@UW/D2L. The first reports of slowness were received at ~10:15 am, October 20. As of about 4:00 pm we were not seeing any indications of a continuing problem.

To the best of our knowledge, the problem started about 10:15am, October 20, and was irregular, i.e., affecting only a relatively small number of users at any one time, and lasting for a period of a few minutes when it did hit.
Although recent testing indicates that the servers currently in load are functioning as expected, we do not have a root cause and are continuing our investigation.

We apologize for the inconvenience of this service interruption.
