UW-Madison Kaltura Mediaspace NEW FEATURE: Collaborators

An often-requested feature has been added to Kaltura Mediaspace.
The collaborators feature allows media owners to designate other users as owners of media items. Media owners can also allow other users to publish and edit media items.
